I’m the Principal Broker of Virginia 1st Realty Group, based right here in Smithfield, Virginia. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Smithfield, Isle of Wight, Carrollton, Suffolk, Chesapeake and the greater Hampton Roads area.

Over the years, I’ve helped people through just about every kind of real estate situation you can imagine — first-time buyers, longtime homeowners getting ready to sell, move-up buyers, rural properties, new construction, inspections, appraisal issues, tough negotiations and everything in between.

My approach is pretty simple: give people honest information, explain their options in plain English, and help them make the decision that makes the most sense for them.

I don’t believe real estate should feel like a high-pressure sales process. Sometimes the right answer is to buy. Sometimes it’s to sell. And sometimes the smartest thing to do is wait.

As Principal Broker, I also have the privilege of helping lead and support the agents at Virginia 1st Realty Group. We’ve built our company around a simple idea — provide real value, treat people right, and look for solutions where everybody can win.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, and when we can get away, you’ll often find us heading toward the mountains.
